Deviled Eggs

Hard boiled eggs (6)
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tbs. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 ts. salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
paprika for garnish (if desired)

Carefully crack and peel the eggs and halve lengthwise. Remove the yolks to a small bowl being very careful not to mar the whites. With a fork, mash the yolks and stir until they look like fine crumbs. Add the remaining ingredients( except paprika) and mix thoroughly Spoon yolk mixture back into the eggs and Garnish as desired with paprika. Refrigerate until the eggs are well chilled before serving.
