Dijon Mustard Vinagrette
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbs Colman's Mustard
Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
In a bowl add vinigar and mustard. Mix well. Next wisk in
Olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over salad and toss.
Additional info = the better the olive oil the better the taste.
