Mustard Salad Dressing

• 1/4 cup Colman's Mustard

• 2 Tbsp. half and half cream

• 2 Tbsp. granulted sugar

• 2 Tbsp. white vinegar

• 1/4 tsp. salt

• 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Serve with any of your favorite tossed lettuce salads.

*Adjust Colman's Mustard and spices to suit your taste.
