Huang's Dressing

A recipe that have served me (and many of my dinner guest) well over the years

Five tablespoon of olive oil (extra virgin)
A couple dashes of salt
Three tablespoon of Colman's English Mustard

Mix well and serve over a head of Boston lettuce or one head of Romanian red lettuce
