Rabbit Catalan Recipe

1 rabbit, tender, cut in small pieces
Colman's Mustard (prepared)
1 lemon
Carrots
Olive oil
Laurel

Leave rabbit and carrots (in pieces) in a dish with juice of lemon, 2 leaves of laurel and olive oil of the best quality possible overnight.

Oven quite hot.

Place plate with mustard upon rabbit for a 1/4 hour. Turn, add prepared mustard to the other side of rabbit's pieces for another 1/4 hour
