Recipes Scotch Eggs
6 Hard Boiled Eggs Mix 1 teaspoon Prepared Colman's with the thawed sausage. Divide out in 6ths, and pat out each one in patty shape. Put one egg in middle of sausage patty. Pick up patty (this is the messy/sticky part) and form around the egg, covering egg completely. Roll in bread crumbs and put in lightly greased baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until the sausage is cooked. Serve hot or cold with additional Prepared Colman's Mustard. Sausage ratio to egg can be increased or decreased to one's tastes.
