Scottish Mustard
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 7/8 cup boiling water
- 1 cup Colman's mustard
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup cider vinegar
Dissolve sugar in water. In a food processor or mixer, blend
mustard, flour and salt well. While still beating, add the syrup and vinegar.
Beat until smooth. Pour into four small jars, cover tightly, and keep refrigerated.
Put in fancy jars for a neat hostess gift.
